Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup green pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons ancho chili powder
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish using a spatula or the bottom of another small pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack for 2 hours before cutting into 9 squares.
- Store bars in an airtight container.
