Vice President of Client Services

As the Vice President of Client Services, Melissa leads the team and provides strategic guidance and insights to our client partners. With over a decade of experience in the agency world, Melissa has worked on both the East and West Coasts, partnering with clients in a range of industries, including life sciences, entertainment, CPG, and higher education. Her client roster includes renowned organizations such as NPR, Exelon, MICA, Livestrong, Hain Celestial, Sunkist, and Johns Hopkins University.

Throughout her agency career, Melissa has worn many hats, including project manager, digital marketer, brand strategist, and client services leader. Her earlier experience in finance and accounting enables her to expertly manage client budgets of all sizes while delivering impactful results. Melissa has also mastered the art of building strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advocate and strategic partner on the agency side.

Originally from sunny San Diego, Melissa earned a degree in global business from California State University, San Marcos, and an MBA in marketing from the University of San Diego. She currently resides in Baltimore, Maryland, where she enjoys the full four seasons, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
