Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, Lauren serves as the direct point of contact for many of CCA’s partner colleges and universities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the team. With her upbeat attitude and proactive approach, she plays an integral role in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Marketing from Siena College. Eager to gain hands-on experience, she took on key internships during her undergraduate years, including roles as a management intern at Enterprise, a marketing intern at Siena College, and a marketing and communications intern at VSP Vision. After graduating, she returned to the Capital Region to launch her full-time career at CCA.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys unwinding with reality TV, diving into romance novels, staying active and running, and spending quality time with friends and family.
