As Vice President of Client Services at CCA, Kraig drives strategy and brand stewardship across the agency’s college and university partners. In this role, he orchestrates bespoke and comprehensive marketing and communications approaches that align with client’s unique needs, ensuring that every initiative is innovative, targeted, and results-driven.
With over a decade of experience in advertising, Kraig’s expertise spans the full spectrum of marketing. Before joining CCA, he worked at several global creative agencies, collaborating with industry giants like Amazon and Bristol Myers Squibb, as well as pioneering biotech firms and challenger brands. Whether he is spearheading a brand overhaul or executing data-driven paid media campaigns, his goal always remains the same: to blend insight with imagination and achieve results that resonate.
A graduate of Siena College with a degree in marketing, Kraig lives in Upstate New York with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys reliving past glories as an (overly) competitive basketball player and wondering if his dog Charlie will ever listen to him.
